This is an exciting time to join the team as they embark on ambitious plans to grow income and deliver more for nature.As Head of Corporate Partnerships, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the corporate strategy, building impactful relationships with companies that care, and generating transformational income to drive our mission forward.What You’ll Be Doing:Lead, develop, and implement a dynamic Corporate Fundraising & Partnerships StrategySecure five-figure+ partnerships and donations with a proactive approach to new businessIdentify, cultivate, and manage a diverse pipeline of high-value corporate partnersCreate compelling proposals, tailored cases for support, and stewardship plans that excite and inspireCollaborate across the organisation to align fundraising with our broader strategy and goalsLine manage and support the Corporate Fundraising Officer, fostering creativity and growthAnalyse performance and report to senior leadership and boards with confidence and clarityWhat We’re Looking For:Proven ability to identify, secure, and grow high-value corporate partnerships aligned with organisational goals.Ability to develop and implement fundraising plans and strategies to meet income targets and deadlinesConfident in negotiating terms, agreeing mutual benefits, and managing partnership agreements and legal considerationsStrong skills in creating compelling, tailored proposals and presentations that secure support and investmentPractical experience of using charity CRM systemsExtensive knowledge of data protection and Fundraising RegulationsExperience of effectively stewarding funder relationshipsExperience of communicating complex information (e.g., scientific information) succinctly and in plain EnglishExperience of developing and managing income and expenditure budgetsWhat You’ll Get:A meaningful role with a charity making real change for wildlife and climateFriendly, passionate, and supportive colleaguesOpportunities for personal and professional developmentThe chance to shape the future of corporate fundraising at a time of real growthSalary - £38,336 to £44,247 per annum (pro rata)Working hours - 2.5 or 3 days per weekLocation - fully remote with occasional travel to Dorset (few days per year)Ready to Take Flight?If you're excited about leading and growing corporate partnerships, we’d love to hear from you!Apply now or contact Marcus Latham at Practicus for more details!
