Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.</p><h3>Base pay range</h3><p>Direct message the job poster from KnoWho</p><h3>Director at KnoWho (Creative I Digital I Tech Recruitment)</h3><p>We are looking for a Designer who wants to be a Lead Designer / Creative Lead, who wants to join a high energy, all action Content & Marketing team, who work across health, leisure and fitness.</p><p>Youll be the Lead Designer in a team of 2 and while prior experience in a Lead role isnt a must have you must be able to show what you can bring to the role.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Leadership, mentorship, guidance, development & progression of another Designer.</li><li>Strategic interpretation of marketing campaigns, critiquing, enhancing, and elevating marketings ideas and bringing them to life.</li><li>Lead creative and design for the business.</li><li>Digital & print/offline design - full lifecycle from research, strategy and concept design through to inception/production.</li><li>Work with the Marketing Manager to bring ideas to life.</li><li>Customer & user research and segmentation.</li><li>Work with internal and external stakeholders to produce eye-catching, clear, fit for purpose designs inline with brand guidelines and company voice.</li><li>Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).</li><li>UX/UI - with a focus on UX for customer demographic. Wireframes & mock-ups for web and mobile. Figma (ideally) or XD.</li><li>Be involved in content creation for social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter / X, TikTok).</li><li>Aid in videography, editing & animation - Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom (not a dealbreaker).</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>To be considered for the role youll need to be confident in the full Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) over a wide range of online and offline / print designs. Any additional experience with the below would be beneficial, but can be picked up.</p><h3>Other Details</h3><p>Youll join a team that trusts in your ability and your ideas, who want to facilitate progression and dont put red tape on creativity.</p><p>The role is varied and youll need to be organised and be adaptable. Youll have the full support of the wider Marketing team and your own training budget for upskilling in any of the above.</p><p>The role is based in the Chester HQ, with additional travel to sites in Cheshire needed when applicable. Youll need to be able to drive and have your own transport. The team goes into the office 1-2 days a week, with the other days WFH. They offer flexible hours and have a non-corporate, casual way of working.</p><p>Salary is up to <b>£30,500</b>, with regular reviews, cost of living increases.
