Job Description We are looking for an Operations Team Leader to join a team based at Newmachar on a permanent, full-time basis. You will also be required to attend our site in Crimond, as and when required. The successful candidate will supervise our grain storage operations and ensure day-to-day requirements are being met with regards to all aspects of Health & Safety. This role requires someone who sets an example, prefers a hands-on approach and actively participates in day-to-day activities whilst motivating others to achieve operational excellence.
