We are currently recruiting for an experienced Panel Beater to join our client’s busy accident repair centre in Coventry, working night shifts. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who is confident in all areas of panel repair and is looking for long-term stability, excellent earning potential, and top-tier benefits. Key Responsibilities: * Carrying out panel repair and replacement to a high standard. * Repairing or replacing damaged panels using various repair techniques including filler, pull systems, and welding. * Working efficiently to meet deadlines without compromising on quality. * Ensuring all work is completed in line with safety and industry standards. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Panel Beater in a bodyshop or accident repair environment. * Ability to work independently on panel repairs and replacements. * Competence with filler work, dent pulling, and light welding (no heavy jig work required). * High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
