THE COMPANY
Thrive are currently working with a fantastic company in Basingstoke who are looking to grow their team. They are an established and growing production operation whereas a production manager you will lead a four-line manufacturing and co-packing operation combining semi-automated and automated processes across two shifts.

THE ROLE
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will take full responsibility for production delivery, quality standards, maintenance coordination, training compliance, and people leadership across the site's sleeving and co-packing operation
You will lead Shift Leaders, QA Operatives, Maintenance Technicians and Line Leaders, ensuring production plans are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time in full.
You will be responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and consistent production output across four production lines (semi-automated and automated) operating on two shift patterns. The role is heavily focused on labour efficiency, units per hour, and optimal machine performance.

To succeed in this role you will need to have the following skills and experience:
