The successful candidate can be based in any Flagship Housing office, whichever is closest to their home address. We have offices in the following locations: Norwich, Melton / Woodbridge, East Dereham & Bury St. Edmunds. As a Disposals Programme Assistant, you will help identify and deliver the Asset Disposals programme. With responsibility for progressing individual property sales, liaising with buyers, internal departments and external consultant teams, communicating and reporting effectively and clearly. You’ll liaise with our tenants and internal departments, to help identify and move tenants to more suitable homes. Selling homes in a way that delivers best practice, and value for money – using data and performance measures, relentlessly improving performance. Applications are welcomed for the role of Disposals Programme Assistant from those with previous experience of working in a customer facing environment with an understanding of the property sales process. You’ll need excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring you’re able to convey clear and consistent messaging to multiple stakeholder groups. With good business acumen skills, encompassing negotiating and influencing skills, good time management, critical thinking and problem solving. Fluent in the Microsoft office suite and it's packages. You’ll be educated to a GCSE standard or equivalent, including Grade C or above in Maths and English and also must hold a full valid driving license.
