Cobac Security is a leading provider of people-based security services to national clients across the events, leisure, and retail sectors. Our head office is located in Thrumpton, Nottingham.
We are currently seeking a highly organised individual with excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail to support our operations, training, and marketing functions. This is a part-time administrative role within a small, collaborative team based at our Thrumpton office.
Key Details:
* Location: Thrumpton, Nottingham (office-based)
* Hours: Part-time – 24 hours per week
* Working days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
* Working hours: 8 hours per day, flexibility of start between 8.30am-10.30am along with an option to work a proportion of hours on a Saturday to reduce the week day hours.
* Role focus: Administrative support across operations, training, and marketing
* Pay Rate £13.25 per hour
Core Role Responsibilities
* Monitor incoming calls to the control room and make outgoing calls to front-line staff as needed
* Conduct customer feedback calls to support service quality and relationship management
* Input and maintain accurate site, employee, and customer data in the workforce management system
* Collate, track, and assist in managing field operations reports
* Review operational incidents and provide relevant feedback or recommendations
* Maintain uniform stock records and process orders for new uniform supplies
* Support with digital marketing and photograph selection
Requirements of the role
* A strong attention to detail.
* Competent with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
* Experience within an administrative role.
* The ability to work across a multitude of online systems.
* Proven excellence in customer service
* An interest in social media and digital marketing
