As the Engineering Manager at Vega, you will spearhead the technical evolution of a high-growth fintech platform. You will oversee 2–3 backend squads, shaping long-term microservices architecture using Java 21 and AWS. This role balances strategic technical leadership with hands-on mentorship to drive engineering excellence, security, and scalable system design.

What you will do:

The ideal candidate:
* Possesses 10+ years of engineering experience with a deep mastery of modern microservices architecture and distributed systems.
* Has a proven track record of leading multiple teams within cloud-native environments, specifically utilizing AWS, Kubernetes, and Spring Boot.
* Demonstrates excellent communication skills to bridge technical trade-offs with product priorities for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
