Radiology Clinical Site Lead - EH & CDC

London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust seeks to recruit a motivated and dynamic Radiology Clinical Site Lead covering Ealing Hospital and the Community Diagnostic Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the hospital site imaging department, working closely with the clinical superintendent, lead radiographers within the radiology department, and the directorate management team.
Main duties of the job
* Provide clinical leadership to the Allied Health care professionals to provide a high standard service delivery for the Directorate.
* Provide support and deputise as required for the Head of Diagnostic Imaging and represent the Directorate at Trust and ICS Imaging network.
* Responsible for the operational delivery, performance and governance for the services.
* Work with the Head of Diagnostic Imaging to lead directorate teams to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of high-quality patient-centered services, service development, and change programmes that drive innovation and integration, modernisation, and high levels of staff and patient satisfaction.

Person Specification
Education/ Qualifications
* BSc or equivalent in Diagnostic Radiography (I)
* Post Graduate Study and equivalent experience to Masters level.
* Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
* Masters degree/ qualification in healthcare or management OR demonstrable ability to work at Masters level with equivalent experience
* Leadership Development Programme
Knowledge & Experience
* Extensive experience of managing and imaging
* Significant experience of budget management
* Experience of leading on HR disciplinary processes management
* Current knowledge of NHS and local modernisation agendas
Skills, Abilities and Attributes
* Ability to lead and develop Imaging Services at a strategic level Computer Literate
* Data collation, interpretation and presentation skills
* Leads by example, promoting the highest standards of personal and professional conduct and integrity
* Well-developed IT skills to manage and report on complex performance management information
