I’m currently partnering with a high-growth, well-established recruitment business that’s making serious moves across the energy and data centre space.
They’re looking for a commercially sharp Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to play a key role in scaling their contract recruitment offering across the EMEA region.
This is a genuinely high-impact role. If you enjoy building something, opening doors, and directly influencing revenue, you’ll be right at home here.
The Opportunity
You’ll be given the autonomy and backing to:
* Drive new business across EMEA within energy and data centre markets
* Open doors with key clients and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships
* Own the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to deal close
* Work closely with delivery teams to ensure high-quality contract solutions
* Spot market trends and capitalise on growth areas ahead of competitors
This isn’t a “sit back and account manage” role. It’s for someone who enjoys the chase, thrives on wins, and wants to build a strong, sustainable client base.
What They’re Looking For
* A proven track record in business development, sales, or contract recruitment
* Strong billing history and evidence of hitting or exceeding targets
* Commercially astute with a proactive, solutions-led mindset
* Confident operating across international markets
* Experience or interest in energy, infrastructure, or data centres would be a big plus
Most importantly, they want someone driven, credible, and capable of operating at pace.

* £50K base salary
* Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £90K – £125K+
