Responsibilities
* Coordinating schedules – preparing rotas and communicating with staff, clients and families.
* Building awareness – assessing clients in your local community.
* Upholding reputation – handling complaints and taking action.
* Delivering care – offering clients a friendly face, good company and participating in out‑of‑hours on‑call.
* Leadership – inducting new starters and assessing team training.
* Upholding standards – ensuring compliance with policies.
* Creating and managing staff rotas and schedules.
* Matching carers to clients based on skills and compatibility.
* Conducting initial client assessments and reviews.
* Handling enquiries from clients, families and healthcare professionals.
* Supporting care staff with day‑to‑day queries.
* Ensuring compliance with care plans and regulations.
* Maintaining accurate records in care management systems.
* Covering care calls in emergencies when required.
* Participating in on‑call rota.

Qualifications

* Experience providing domiciliary care.

* Previous experience in the care sector (office or hands‑on).

* Full UK driving licence.
* Care Coordinator qualification advantageous.
* Experience with rostering software.
