Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create inclusive learning experiences.
Foster a nurturing and supportive environment where every student can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Promote independence and confidence in students while ensuring their safety and well-being.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with diverse needs.
Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent are advantageous.
Willingness to undergo necessary background checks and training.
