A leading international law firm is seeking a detail-oriented Pitch Manager to join its global bid team. This role supports the firm’s flagship Corporate Practice across the UK and EMEA, working closely with business development colleagues worldwide.
Location: UK-based, with flexibility to work from Manchester, Birmingham or Leeds
Scope: UK and EMEA, with global collaboration
Work Style: Hybrid, with occasional travel to UK offices
Responsibilities
* Lead the drafting and finalisation of high-impact Corporate pitches and capability statements
* Collaborate with BD teams to support client retention and growth initiatives
* Contribute to pre-qualification questionnaires and bespoke materials across practice areas
* Maintain and evolve best practice pitch resources and firm-wide content
Qualifications
* A degree-level education and 2+ years’ experience in bids or Corporate BD, ideally within legal or professional services
* Proven expertise in bid documentation and pitch best practices
* Exceptional writing, presentation and project management skills
* Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
* A proactive, flexible mindset and ability to thrive under pressure
