The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process, from initial briefing to offer stage, for a diverse range of technical and engineering roles. 12 month contract Filton, Bristol PAYE or Umbrella rates offered Hybrid working - minimum 3 days onsite a week As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will: - Create engaging, compliant, and diversity-friendly job advertisements to promote the company's vacancies. - Screen applications and actively contribute to the candidate selection and decision-making process. - Define the most appropriate sourcing strategy, channels, and social media to identify and attract top talent. - Organize and conduct candidate interviews, leading and owning the interview process as the HR representative. - Use your expertise and market knowledge to influence the company's Talent Acquisition approach. - Leverage LinkedIn to grow your network, gather market intelligence, and directly source candidates. - Support wider HR and Talent Acquisition projects.
