Salary: £36,000 - £44,500 per annum | 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme

What you’ll do
* Set a spectacular example for the Store Team and your customers
* Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager
* Motivate and support your team, aligning with Company Values
* Diligently check and process deliveries, manage the till area and monitor KPIs
* Provide excellent customer service and assist with customer queries
* Comply with Health and Safety laws, standards and guidelines
What you’ll need
* Experience leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills to assist colleagues and customers in a friendly and open way
* Strong time management, delegation and problem-solving abilities
* Confidence to support your team through every shift
* A commitment to providing outstanding customer service
* Ability to monitor, manage and improve KPIs
