Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires a proactive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Duties
* Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
* Assist in the preparation of job sites, including clearing debris and setting up equipment.
* Carry out general labouring tasks as directed by supervisors or project managers.
* Support skilled tradespeople with their duties, including electrical work when required.
* Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area at all times.
Skills
* Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools is essential.
* Previous experience or knowledge in electrical work is highly desirable.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
* Good physical fitness, with the capability to lift heavy items and perform manual tasks for extended periods.
