Customer Service Coordinator
£30,000 - £35,000 + Technical Development + 11% Pension employer contribution
Are you an experienced Service Controller with a background in engineering?
This is a great opportunity to join a close-knit team where your expertise will be recognized, and you will receive further technical training and development.
Our client is a growing company expanding their skilled team. In this role, you will:
1. Provide the first point of contact for customers requiring exchange engines.
2. Manage efficient and cost-effective scheduling of returns in a customer-facing role.
3. Enter and record machine defects through daily tick-sheets and inspections.
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Administrative experience.
2. A preference for a day-based position.
3. An engineering background is highly desirable.
4. Experience with field service management systems; SAP experience would be a major benefit.
