As a Hybrid Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a crucial role in supporting all recruitment processes by identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent for various roles within the automotive industry. Working closely with the recruitment team, you will assist in sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews to ensure a seamless hiring process. Key Responsibilities:
* Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals
* Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions within the automotive industry
* Perform Right to Work checks in accordance with relevant legislation
* Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific roles
* Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
* Perform general recruitment administration tasks, such as maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities using company database systems
* Assist with the preparation of job descriptions, job postings, and other recruitment materials as needed
* Build and maintain relationships with candidates to establish a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
* Support other recruitment-related tasks and projects as assigned by the hiring manager or senior team members
Skills Required:
* Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales preferably within the automotive industry
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced industry
* Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Passion for the automotive industry and a desire to contribute to its growth and success
* A-Level Equivalent
