Job Description
We’re looking for enthusiastic and friendlyBartenders to join our team and help create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for our guests.
In this role, you’ll deliver outstanding service while preparing and serving a variety of drinks, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience. Whether it’s recommending a drink, keeping the bar running smoothly, or ensuring the space is perfectly presented, you’ll play an important part in the energy of the venue.
A little more about what you will be doing:
1. Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
2. Delivering friendly, professional and attentive service at all times
3. Anticipating guest needs and responding quickly to requests
4. Ensuring drinks are replenished and guests are well looked after throughout service
5. Supporting the smooth running of service by clearing and resetting tables for the next guests
6. Keeping the bar area clean, organised and fully stocked
7. Collecting and washing glassware and ensuring glasses are polished and ready for service
8. Handling payments accurately, including operating tills and processing transactions
9. Restocking fridges, shelves and bar stations to ensure everything is ready for service
Qualifications
10. A positive and friendly attitude
11. Similar experience is required
12. A passion for great service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
13. Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
14. Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
