Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Tyre Sales Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by ensuring smooth sale processes and providing customer service.
* WEEKLY HOURS AVAILABLE - 30 HRS HRS
* MONDAY- FRIDAY 08:30 - 17:15
* SATURDAY 08:30 - 12:00
Duties
* Assist in the preparation of sales and creating invoices, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.
* Maintain and update vehicle records, ensuring all information is current and correctly entered.
* Provide administrative support to the sales team, including planning breakdowns, booking in service work & carrying out order numbers.
* Communicate with customers regarding order status, inquiries, and any issues that may arise.
* Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Requirements
* Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a tyre environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with tyre sales/fitting processes is advantageous but not essential.
