The Role
Reporting to a highly supportive and inspirational Executive Team, you will provide seamless PA support to the Managing Director and senior leadership group. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking for their next step within a stable, successful business that is scaling at pace.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Full diary and travel management for the MD and Leadership Team, including international travel
* Coordinating and arranging board meetings
* Day-to-day diary organisation and prioritisation
* Formatting letters, reports, and documentation
* Supporting the team with PowerPoint presentations
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to manage meetings and schedules
* Supporting onboarding for new starters
* Issuing contracts and assisting with general HR administration
* Uploading sensitive documents and ensuring compliant record-keeping
About You
To be successful, you will need:
* Proven experience in a PA position
* HR administration exposure (advantageous but not essential)
* Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* A proactive, organised, detail-driven approach
* The confidence to work with senior leaders and manage multiple demands
