Growth Marketing Lead, London, 4 days on-site, £70K.
We're building a serious B2B growth engine - and we're looking for someone to own paid acquisition end-to-end.
This is a founding Growth Marketing Lead role. You'll run paid search and paid social, manage budgets, own analytics and attribution, and make the calls on where spend works (and where it doesn't). No agencies. No fluff. Real ownership and clear accountability.
What you'll do
* Own paid acquisition across search and paid social (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, etc.)
* Figure out where real demand exists and how best to capture it
* Design, launch and optimise campaigns hands-on
* Run structured testing across audiences, keywords, messaging and landing pages
* Own measurement from click ? pipeline ? revenue
* Build simple, trusted reporting that shows what's working and why
* Set the foundations: processes, benchmarks, playbooks that make growth predictable
