Were looking for an Estates Maintenance Supervisor to lead a small team of technicians and caretakers, ensuring the safe, compliant, and smooth running of school buildings and facilities. The Role Supervise and coordinate day-to-day work of the maintenance and caretaking team. Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and routine compliance checks, including lighting, alarms, water systems, and ventilation. Carry out inspections, allocate tasks, and monitor progress using a tablet-based CAFM system. Provide hands-on support with minor repairs and remedial works where required. Ensure all work is delivered safely, in line with risk assessments and compliance standards. About You Previous experience in maintenance, caretaking, or estates supervision. Practical, hands-on with good organisational and leadership skills. Strong communicator, able to motivate a team and manage workloads. Basic IT ability and attention to detail are essential.
