About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing and engaging top talent to securing and growing client relationships. This is a 360 role that offers the opportunity to make a real impact while building a long-term career with a market leader.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven agency recruitment experience is preferred but not essential
Hospitality sector experience, particularly in placing management-level candidates, is a strong advantage
We will also consider experienced recruiters from other sectors with a passion for hospitality
A natural relationship-builder with a strong sales mindset
Confident, outgoing, and highly motivated to succeed
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
An excellent communicator who enjoys networking and influencing
Commercially astute and target driven

Passionate about people and the hospitality industry
