A well-established promotional merchandise company is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support its growing sales operations. This is a confidential opportunity ideal for someone organised, proactive, and passionate about sustainability and branding.
About the Role
* Coordinate sales and project delivery from enquiry to invoicing
* Source products, prepare quotes, and manage orders
* Liaise with suppliers and couriers to ensure timely delivery
* Support senior team members across sales and production
* Deliver excellent client service and build strong relationships
* Contribute to marketing campaigns and CRM updates
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in sales, merchandise, or client-facing roles
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Confident with numbers and detail-oriented
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM and Adobe skills a plus
* Friendly, reliable, and eager to grow
