Salary: Up to ÂŁ80,000
We’re working with a highly respected, independent design agency with an outstanding reputation across food & drinks — and they’re looking for an Innovation-focused Account Director to join their team.
This is not a traditional design-servicing role.
They’re specifically looking for someone who has come up through an innovation consultancy or innovation-led agency — someone comfortable shaping early-stage propositions, challenging briefs, and driving commercially grounded creative thinking from the outset.
🔎 What they’re looking for:
* Background in an innovation agency (not purely brand/design servicing)
* Strong experience in food & drinks / FMCG
* Confident leading client conversations around growth, white space, new product development and portfolio expansion
* Able to bridge strategy, insight and creative delivery
* Commercially sharp and comfortable owning senior client relationships
🌍 The set-up:
* Fully remote role
* Must be UK based
* Occasional travel into London for client meetings
* Salary up to ÂŁ80,000
