Position: Outdoor Leisure & Christmas Manager
Location: Newbridge Nurseries
Hours: Full-Time, 42.5 hours a week, including alternate weekends
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

About you
The ideal candidate will be:
Immaculately presented, professional, and friendly
Passionate about Outdoor Leisure and Christmas products
Experienced in retail management, with a proven track record of leading a team and driving sales
Customer-focused, polite, and outgoing, always putting the customer first
Highly organised with an excellent eye for detail
Motivated and proactive, able to lead a team and manage daily operations effectively
Confident in merchandising, stock management, and creating inspiring displays
Flexible and willing to work alternate weekends to support the business
What You’ll Do
Order, merchandise, and manage stock, including slow-moving items
Create inspiring displays and ensure POS materials are to standard
Maintain retail standards and a tidy shop floor
Assist customers with advice, orders, and carry-to-car service
Deputise opening/closing and organise your team’s daily and weekly tasks
Follow action points from reports, floor-walks, and HO guidelines
