Support will include: Providing2:1 support at all times Supporting withdaily living activities and routines Encouragingindependence with household tasks(such as washing up and tidying) Supporting during home tutoring sessions Monitoringfood intake and providing prompts to eat safely Supporting withpersonal care and continence needs Observing and supporting withmedication administration Providingemotional support and reassurance What We’re Looking For We are seeking Support Workers who: Have experience supporting individuals withAutism Have experience supporting individuals withmental health needs Arepatient, calm and understanding Are confident supportingyoung people with complex behaviours Can encourageindependence while maintaining a safe environment Are comfortable working in afamily home setting Who we are acuity care delivers specialistsupportacross Brain Injury, Spinal Injury, Learning Disability & Autism, and Mental Health Services.
