* Open to part time 3-4 days or reduced hours Mon-Fri

What You Will Be Doing
As HR Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting managers across the business with a wide range of HR matters, with a particular focus on employee relations.
This is a fast-paced, operational HR role, ideal for someone confident in dealing with challenging situations, offering pragmatic advice, and ensuring policies and procedures are applied consistently and fairly.
* Managing a varied caseload of grievances, disciplinaries, performance issues and absence management
* Supporting and coaching managers through HR processes and best practice
* Conducting investigations and preparing reports and outcome letters
* Assisting with HR projects, policy updates and process improvements
* Building trusted relationships across the organisation
You’ll provide HR support to a broad range of SME clients across the UK, acting as a trusted first point of contact for all things HR. Every day brings something different, and you’ll have the autonomy to manage your own caseload confidently.

You will ideally bring:
* Experience working within an HR environment (essential)
* Excellent communication skills and total confidentiality
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* CIPD Level 3 or 5 (preferred, but experience is key)
