Relief Sous North West Lakes, Cumbria £18ph Invoice direct, paid weekly We are seeking a temporary Sous to work in a busy tourist pub in the lake district, this job is for an immediate start and offering free live in. As relief sous chef at this pub wiht rooms, you will be able to start straight away and hit the ground running. As relief sous chef you will be part of a team of 6 working 5/7 days. About the Role: Support and lead the kitchen team in the Head chefs absence, ensuring the delivery of pub menus Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen Manage stock levels and order supplies as needed Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth kitchen operations Requirements: Proven experience as a Sous or Head in a similar high volumeestablishment Strong leadership and organisational skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable and punctual, with a passion for creating exceptional dishes What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate £18ph, Invoice direct Free Live in ( own transport preferable but not a must- remote location) Friendly and supportive working environment Opportunity to work in a beautiful lake side setting Ongoing work If you are available for an immediate start and meet the above criteria, we would love to hear from you!
