Job Title: Purchasing Administrator
Location: Salford
Work Pattern: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (08:30-17:00)
Onsite/Remote: Onsite
Salary: £24,500-£25,500
Job Type: Permanent
Responsibilities
* Manage software portals and distribute daily orders.
* Communicate with suppliers regarding stock availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
* Create and process purchase orders, ensuring all pricing is correct.
* Track delivery ETAs and provide updates to internal teams.
* Maintain accurate product data including codes, categories, and descriptions.
* Support procurement and admin teams with order management and invoicing.
Qualifications
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Confident communicator with both suppliers and internal teams.
* Comfortable using online systems, portals, and spreadsheets.
* Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
