SALARY : £12.89 + TRONC, Paid Weekly!

HOURS: 32-40 hours, including weekends.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our team at Daylesford Organic, where sustainability, craftsmanship, and exceptional service come together in a truly unique retail environment.

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Retail Team Member to become part of our beautifully curated farm shop, delivering an outstanding and personalised customer experience that reflects the quality and ethos of our brand. Every interaction is an opportunity to share our story, from organic farming to artisanal food and fine wines. If you have a genuine love for high-quality food, sustainable living, and delivering a fantastic retail experience, we would love to hear from you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Welcome and engage customers with genuine warmth and product knowledge.

* Deliver an elevated retail experience that reflects Daylesford’s values of wellness and sustainability.

* Build lasting customer relationships and encourage loyalty through thoughtful service.

* Share knowledge of our collections, ingredients, and brand philosophy.
Support visual merchandising and maintain a pristine, inviting store environment.

* Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and exceed expectations.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

* Previous retail experience, ideally within luxury or lifestyle brands, though not essential.

* Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.

* A proactive, positive attitude and commitment to high standards.

* Flexibility to work weekends and peak trading periods.

* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, friendly environment while delivering exceptional service.
