Location: Marcham Road Health Centre, Abingdon, OX14 1BT, United Kingdom
Contract: Permanent, subject to satisfactory completion of a probationary period
Working pattern: Full‑time, Part‑time (4 to 8 sessions per week, flexible with potential to increase)
Start date: As soon as possible / to be agreed with the successful candidate
Salary: £12,300 per session, competitive, p.a.

About Us
Marcham Road Health Centre is a well‑established, forward‑thinking NHS GMS practice in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, serving 14,500 patients. We operate a Doctor First triage model, hold dispensing practice status, and are a GP training practice within the Abingdon and District PCN, a high‑performing, clinically led team with strong administrative support.

Job Description
Primary responsibilities include:
* Delivering patient‑centred care through flexible sessions tailored to the right candidate.
* Working alongside experienced GPs, a skilled multidisciplinary team, and ARRS colleagues within our PCN.
* Managing telephone‑first triage and working autonomously within a collaborative culture.
* Maintaining high‑quality standards in line with NHS guidelines.
Person Specification
Experience (Essential)
* Full GMC registration with a licence to practise.
* MRCGP (or equivalent) and completion of GP training.
* On the NHS Performers List (or eligible to join).
* Commitment to high‑quality, patient‑centred care.
* Experience with or willingness to work in a triage model.
