What you'll be doing
Identifying, targeting, and developing new business opportunities
Owning your sales pipeline from first contact to close
Working with international clients across multiple markets
Delivering tailored proposals and commercial solutions
Building long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and partners
Feeding market insight back into sales, marketing, and product teams
Reporting progress and results to senior leadershipIdeal candidate
Proven B2B sales experience ideally in construction, engineering, industrial, energy, or oil & gas
Passion for new business development and relationship building
Confident selling technical solutions
Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
Ambition to grow into a Business Development Manager role, with international travel in the future
