Steel Frame Assembler
Location: Wolverhampton
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, up to 40 hours per week
Start Date: Immediate
Pertemps Wolverhampton are recruiting on behalf of our client for Steel Frame Assemblers to join their growing team.
The Role:
1. Assembling steel frames to specification.
2. Using a variety of power tools, including drills and grinders.
3. Operating steel presses (experience advantageous).
4. Roll forming experience would be a strong advantage.
5. Working accurately from technical drawings.
6. Carrying out quality checks with attention to detail.
7. Ensuring all work is erected correctly and to a high standard.
Requirements:
8. Previous experience in steel frame assembly or a similar role.
9. Confident use of hand and power tools and Grinders.
10. Ability to interpret and work from engineering drawings.
11. Strong communication skills and team player.
12. Commitment to health & safety and quality standards.
