As our IFA Senior Administrator, you will typically:

* Provide efficient administrative support to IFA’s
* Prepare correspondence including letters and emails
* Act as a point of contact for IFA’s, clients, life offices, and staff
* Maintain all administration systems, ensuring client data accuracy
* Manage diaries to ensure daily workflows meet SLA deadlines
* Assist with managing the IFA’s portfolio of existing business
* Ensure documentation is scanned and attached to client records
* Prepare and format reports per company guidelines
* Prepare new business and review packs for client meetings
* Research protection and annuity products as requested
* Provide mortgage research using online systems
* Obtain product illustrations from providers
* Handle filing, photocopying, and scanning duties
* Process payment requests and surrenders following SLA and compliance guidelines
* Manage fund switch requests online and follow through to completion
* Obtain policy valuations and update administration systems accurately

Ideal candidate qualities include:

* Experience supporting advisers in an office administration role (preferred)
* Experience coaching and supporting team members
* Strong organizational and planning skills
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Relationship-building skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook
* Focus on quality and delivery
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Willingness to learn and develop
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team
