At Sense, we dont just provide care, we champion independence and were looking for a Relief Support Worker to join us. You will be working in our supported living service in Rockbeare, Devon and offering £13 per hour. Our service operates across a range of shifts, Monday to Sunday, including 8am–10pm, 9am–9pm, and sleep-in shifts, so flexibility is key.
We are looking for someone who is:
* Confident and resilient
* Comfortable with lone working
* Able to support people who communicate in different ways
* Flexible and available to cover a variety of shifts
* Willing to attend training to support you in your role
This role might include supporting people with:
* Everyday tasks like cooking and cleaning
* Personal care and hygiene
* Finances and medication
* Going into the community for shopping or other trips
* Their social life and nightlife
The people youll support communicate using British Sign Language; full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary.
