Project Overview and Role

Connect to Work is a UK government‑funded initiative forming part of the Get Britain Working Strategy. It supports individuals with disabilities, health conditions or other complex challenges in securing and maintaining good, sustainable work. Delivery includes IPS (Individual Placement Support) and SEQF (Supported Employment) approaches, tailored to each individual. Local community support is key to engagement and delivery, and the contract works alongside partners, stakeholders and employers. Individuals may self‑refer or be referred by professionals.
