Essential Criteria Strong leadership skills and experience of leading transformation projects/programmes preferably finance ERP (SAP/Oracle) technology driven, with a proven ability to lead motivate, inspire, guide, and influence a large team through uncertainty, in a large/complex organisation. Experience at successfully leading a complex planning and business change function for a large project or major programme, including managing risk and dependencies. Exceptional strategic and critical thinking skills with the ability to draw together complex issues, connect and analyse data and develop, communicate, agree, and implement practical solutions. Strong presentation skills and ability to lead and facilitate requirements gathering exercises, complex negotiations whilst maintaining relationships, accommodating differing views and priorities, and ability to influence peers and senior leaders to achieve an outcome. Outstanding stakeholder management skills with demonstrable experience of engaging and working collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders across the finance community, design, architecture, operational and IT delivery teams to refine, develop and assure delivery plans and resolve complex problems.
