We have an opportunity for a Senior Java Developer to lead the development of our HR system, RSM People Manager. This system is key to our strategy, enabling efficiencies in payroll operations. You will help shape the product's direction, working closely with business and technical teams, and support a significant sales drive.
You will be responsible for ensuring the product roadmap is delivered alongside ongoing changes, and that support requests are handled efficiently.
Your Responsibilities:
* Develop and oversee the product
* Serve as a technical expert
* Provide advice and transfer knowledge to sales and operational teams
* Estimate development timelines and deliver accordingly
* Define requirements with stakeholders
* Research and design new features
* Resolve bugs and issues
* Mentor junior colleagues
* Conduct unit and integration testing
* Collaborate with the testing team to resolve bugs
* Review colleagues' work
What We Are Looking For:

* Has led development of significant parts of complex systems
* Has at least 5 years of commercial Java experience
* Has 5 years of experience with SQL
* Has 3 years of experience with JavaScript/JQuery
* Knows how to implement secure systems
* Proficient in HTML and CSS
* Experienced with REST and SOAP interfaces
* Familiar with version control systems like GIT or SVN and release management
* Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
