Position
Wedding and Events Coordinator
Basis: Full Time – Evening, Weekend and Bank Holiday working needed
Salary: £26,052 - £28,933 per annum
Base: Bryngarw House
Status: Permanent
Accountable to: Wedding and Events Manager
Closing date: Wednesday 18 February 2026
Responsibilities
* Coordinate event logistics, prepare detailed event schedules, floor plans and supplier briefs.
* Provide outstanding customer service, act as venue keyholder.
* Contribute to achieving targets, respond to enquiries, conduct show‑arounds and planning meetings.
Qualifications
* Level 3 Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent, or demonstrable competence through experience.
* Great communication skills, adaptable and flexible.
* Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
* Intimate understanding of wedding and function management and a track record of meeting targets and negotiating events successfully.
