We're working exclusively with an ambitious and forward-thinking Single Family Housing provider that's backed by major investors in the property sector. Established in 2021, they've rapidly expanded across the UK and are on track to become the country's leading name in single-family rental homes.
As a Lettings Consultant, you'll take charge of the lettings journey from start to finish - meeting prospective tenants, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth move-in process. You'll be covering developments around Oxford, so a driving licence and your own car are essential (mileage is fully reimbursed).
