The University of Winchester is seeking an organised and people‑focused Placement Administrator to support the smooth delivery of Teacher Training placements across our network of partner schools. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping high‑quality practice learning experiences for our students, ensuring they are fully supported as they prepare for their future careers in education.
Working closely with Senior Partnership Administrators and Partnership Coordinators, you will be at the heart of our placement operations; liaising with students, staff and external partners, coordinating essential documentation, and maintaining accurate placement records using established university systems. Your excellent communication skills and commitment to outstanding customer service will help you build strong relationships and respond confidently to queries from a wide range of stakeholders.
You will bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a flexible, enthusiastic approach to your work. Whether preparing information for schools, resolving placement‑related issues, or supporting the wider administrative needs of the Partnerships Team, you will contribute to a professional, friendly and efficient service that reflects our University values.
