This stylish and elegant hotel is seeking an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team, working under a highly talented Head Chef. The role offers an opportunity to develop your skills and lead a section in a high-standard environment.

Role Overview: As a Chef de Partie, you will be a key team member responsible for leading a section, creating exceptional dishes, and maintaining high standards. You will share your passion for food, train and develop junior staff, and contribute creatively to the restaurant's offerings.
Main Duties:
1. Plan and manage daily operations of your section to meet service standards.
2. Adhere to all health and hygiene regulations.
3. Supervise and lead a team of Commis and Demi Chefs.
4. Ensure food quality through sampling and observation.
5. Assign tasks and oversee their proper execution.
6. Manage stock requisitions and kitchen transfers to ensure high stock rotation.
Requirements:
* NVQ Levels 2 & 3 or equivalent.
* Experience in an AA Rosette establishment.
* Background in hotel or restaurant settings.
* Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and styles.
* Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
