Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, based in the Greater Edinburgh Area, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, creating proposals, and closing sales deals. Additional duties include market monitoring, analyzing trends, and contributing to long-term strategic growth initiatives for the organization. The role involves collaboration with internal teams to align client needs with company service offerings.
Qualifications
* Proven skills in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
* Experience in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Proposal Development
* Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
* Self-motivation and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
* Knowledge of the working at height industry preferred.
* Ability to travel locally as needed
