Our client is recruiting a Head Chef for their popular Hotel in Buckingham which serves an all fresh food menu to AA rosette level. This is an opportunity for a Head Chef or experienced Sous Chef to take the next step in their career and manage an already popular and busy property. The Hotel serves a Modern British Seasonal Menu. You will manage the kitchen for service along with functions/celebrations, room service, breakfast and events. The role is 45 hours per week 5 days from 7.

The Role
* Working closely with the General Manager and Front of House Team
* Producing Fresh Cooked Food using seasonal products
* Manage, Coach, Train and develop the brigade
* Managing GP targets
The Person
* Already working as a Head Chef or Sous on promotion
* Excellent Communicator & People person
* Experience of Fresh Food kitchen
* Good Kitchen manager and hands on chef
