Chestnut Park Primary School is looking for a dedicated Premises Assistant/Caretaker to join them on a temporary basis to take responsibility for the upkeep, security, and smooth running of our school site. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our school remains a safe, clean, and well-maintained space where children can thrive.

Your Opportunity
Ideally you will have some experience in a similar role or can demonstrate a keen interest in maintenance and DIY, and an awareness of Health and Safety. The successful candidate will work to ensure the security of the school buildings and health and safety compliance, carrying out a programme of maintenance work and monitoring the repair and maintenance work of others as directed by the Headteacher. As a key holder, the role will also include security of the school premises including all buildings and contents. This role is 36 hours per week.

About Chestnut Park Primary School, part of the Chalklands Cluster
Our School sits within an established cluster of Primary schools, overseen by a Regional Director.
