Salary: £33,309.80 - £36,974.88 + wellbeing cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits

We’re looking for a Technology Support Officer (TSO) to join our North Technology team, based at Lift Kingswood and supporting schools across Hull & Louth.
This is a hands‑on, people‑facing role where you will work closely with colleagues and students to ensure technology genuinely supports teaching, learning and day‑to‑day school life.
What you’ll be doing
* Providing frontline IT support to colleagues and students, helping them use technology confidently and effectively
* Supporting the set‑up, rollout and refresh of devices such as laptops, Chromebooks, iPads and classroom technology
* Troubleshooting issues and working closely with the wider Technology team to resolve them
* Supporting staff induction and training, sharing clear guidance and practical support
* Helping maintain reliable, secure systems across multiple school sites
* Contributing to projects that improve how technology is used across our schools, including promoting our innovative AI Strategy

* Have experience in an IT support, technician or service‑desk style role

* Have some exposure to education or EdTech
