Key Responsibilities:
1. Teaching & Learning: Inspire and support learners of all abilities, teaching a broad range of subjects within the St John's College curriculum, including functional skills in literacy and numeracy. Tailor your teaching to suit the individual needs of students, ensuring they are motivated and supported in their educational journey.
2. Student Support: Ensure the development of personal learning plans (ILPs) for students, conducting initial assessments and regular reviews to track progress.
