This is a permanent, full-time role based in Lisburn, operating Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction
1. Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face
2. Deliver accurate product information and resolve queries effectively
Order Handling
3. Process sales orders through various channels with accuracy
4. Manage incoming and outgoing communications to support fulfilment
Administrative Tasks
5. Update pricing files, manage invoicing, and maintain customer data
6. Prepare reports and assist with day-to-day office operations
Sales Support
7. Coordinate sample dispatch, order confirmations, and promotional materials
8. Support the sales team with planning, reporting, and documentation
Data Monitoring
9. Assist with reviewing sales performance and highlighting key trends
The Ideal Candidate:
10. Experience in a sales admin or support role, ideally within food or FMCG
11. Strong Microsoft Office and general administrative skills
12. Ability to multitask in a busy environment and meet deadlines
13. Positive team player with excellent communication and organisation skills
14. Capable of working independently with a proactive attitude
